McCreanor and Co. Virtual Reality is a creative architectural visualisation studio producing world-class imagery and virtual reality experiences. With the release of the HTC Vive PRO, McCreanor and Co. architects are now happy to announce the arrival of a whole new VR experience. We will use this knowledge to help you and others to realise your build first hand. Know what you building before you build it.
With our state-of-the-art virtual reality suite, we can help clients experience their projects before they go on site. They can explore the custom-built environment we have designed for them and help us tailor it to their specific needs.
From 360s to virtual tours and fully immersive virtual or augmented reality experiences with VR headsets, there any many options for creating engaging sales and marketing tools to maximise the return on investment.

DRONE SURVEYS
360° AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Drone Aerial Photography and videography using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s) can now really show construction site aerial photography can show every stage of a development.
With our inhouse drone pilot and top of the range DGU drone with 4K camera we are able to provide drone photography at all stages of the construction, pre-construction and completed projects.
Visualise your project from the comfort of your own home, on your computer or anywhere from your phone. With our 360° walkthrough you can experience your project through a series of panoramas by moving your phone in the air or simply swiping your screen. Compatible with all wireless headsets and google cardboard.

Export your project into a virtual flythrough where you can experience its as a video with animated water, vegetation and accurate shadow and lighting your project will come to life in ways you have never seen before.

PHOTO-REALISTIC RENDERS
Accurate visual representations (AVRs) or Verified Views can be required by local councils to show the scheme’s visual impact with extreme accuracy.
Available for both interior and exterior, we can create a photo realistic vision of your final project on paper which can then be tweaked to your liking. A great way to decide little details and touch that really make a project come together.

We work closely with landscape architects, designers, and suppliers to create fully interactive 3D models and photorealistic renders. A great way to visualise how your existing indoor space connects to your new garden.
